If you’re a fan of Stephen King’s It: A Novel, you’re well aware that the movie version premieres on September 8, 2017. But how big of a fan are you really? Have you booked your reservation to tour where “IT” lives?

“Wait. What? Run that by me again. You mean IT, as in that creepy clown? I can tour his house…or It‘s house…whatever that thing may be?”

Yep. You read that right. You can tour the house where “IT” lives. If you dare…

The IT Experience

They’re calling it “the IT Experience.”

Which can have another meaning, right? As in “that’s the it thing to do.” Stylish. Trendy. Fashionable. Hot.

In this case, it might be off-the-charts creepy, scary, and utterly terrifying.

What a perfect way to usher in the Halloween season!

From August 14, 2017 through September 10, 2017, you can float too.

That is, if you can find a way in.

Sold Out Show

As of the writing of this post, the only day walk-ups are available is today, August 14.

The rest of the dates are completely sold out.

So what is it that all of these people have signed up for?

Tour the Neibolt House

They put the house at the corner of Hollywood Blvd. and Vine in Los Angeles.

The house will be open to the public daily August 14th – September 10th from 1pm-11pm. Admission is free. Those who are 18 and over are welcome (at their own risk) to step inside the two story replica of ‘where IT lives’. Guests will be guided by “Georgie” through the 5,000 sq. foot house and will venture room by room through immersive film inspired scenes complete with authentic set props. “Losers Club” groups of 7 will journey through a 20 minute experience encountering pneumatic surprises, live actors, animatronic beings, and state of the art lighting, audio, and video.

Did you catch the “free” part? Besides being one of the most anticipated horror movies of 2017, I’m thinking not having to pay anything to tour the IT house also contributed to the sell out. (I’m also thinking that if this was a real haunted place, Haunted LA might’ve beat Haunted OC in that ScareLA smackdown.)

However, if you didn’t nab your spot and you’re desperate to tour the IT house, all hope may not be lost…

The Waiting List

They do have a waiting list.  I wouldn’t waste anytime putting your name on it if you’re interested in partaking int the “IT experience,” though.

And if you do go, be sure to leave us a comment to tell us how it was!
