Alaina Urquhart, an autopsy technician, and Ash Kelley, a hairstylist, host the popular podcast Morbid, where they dissect true crime, creepy history, and all things spooky. They refer to their listeners as “weirdos” and open each episode with “Hey Weirdos.” Naturally, Spencer’s makes an obvious choice for their Morbid Collection.

Skeletons and shades of light green (for Alaina) and light pink (for Ash) adorn the officially licensed merchandise, which includes drinkware, apparel, makeup, accessories, and more. The collection isn’t extensive. It offers just enough that it’s fun to browse without being overwhelming.

Apparel includes obligatory T-shirts. (Every collection must have those, right?) Options include a skeleton dancing under the word “Weirdo,” two skulls (one pink, one green) touching foreheads in a heart, a hand in the middle of the phrase “Keep it weird, but not so weird,” and three skulls nestled together between the words “All Weirdos” in green above and “Welcome” in pink underneath.

But there are also two colors of hoodies, one pink, the other white. They both sport two different Morbid logos.

The lounge pants also come in two options. One is the pink occult pattern. The other is the black split anatomical and occult print, which sports green objects on one side and pink on the other.

Hat people have a beanie with the “Weirdo” dancing skull on it or a trucker hat with the two skulls touching foreheads in a heart to choose from. The tumbler and mug sport the same imagery.

Other pink or green choices include an eyeshadow and highlighter palette, makeup brushes, and press-on nails. Jewelry, including earrings, necklaces, and rings, rounds out the collection.

  1. I like a pale pink, but I’m going with green because that particular green looks great with black!

  2. I’ve loved lime green since I was a kid, so…green’s got my vote, too!
