Season three of Destination Fear premieres Saturday, July 24, 2021, on both Travel Channel and discovery+. However, if you can’t wait and want to see them sooner (by only a day, but hey, it’s technically a little sooner), you can catch the entire Destination Fear team during a special Comic-Con@Home 2021 virtual panel on July 23.
In fact, it’s the first time they’ve ever done a Comic-Con panel for their show. In years past they’ve been members of other panels. Like last year when Destination Fear‘s Chelsea Laden appeared on Travel Channel’s Wonder Women of the Paranormal panel. But this panel is all about Destination Fear and includes a special sneak peek of their new season.
Let’s dive into the details of the when, where, and how you can watch them.
Destination Fear Comic-Con@Home Virtual Panel
The virtual “Destination Fear: Tales From Route 666” panel will happen on Friday, July 23rd at 5pm PST/8pm EST.
The fear-chasing foursome arrives at Comic-Con@Home for the first time together to share a look at their terrifying road trip across America venturing inside notoriously haunted locations, including the Ohio State Reformatory, the Villisca Axe Murder House, and Waverly Hills Sanatorium.
Hear about the scary sleepless nights the team faces, how they gear up to conquer their fears, and the terrifying tales that put the group through the ultimate test of strength and endurance.
Moderated by podcaster Sapphire Sandalo, panelists Dakota Laden, Chelsea Laden, Tanner Wiseman, and Alex Schroeder reveal behind-the-scenes stories and an exclusive look at the new season.

Check-In
Have you ever attended either an in-person Comic-Con (pre-pandemic, remember those days?) or the Comic-Con@Home one last year?
Courtney Mroch is a globe-trotting restless spirit who’s both possessed by wanderlust and the spirit of adventure, and obsessed with true crime, horror, the paranormal, and weird days. Perhaps it has something to do with her genes? She is related to occult royalty, after all. Marie Laveau, the famous Voodoo practitioner of New Orleans, is one of her ancestors. (Yes, really! As explained here.) That could also explain her infatuation with skeletons.
Speaking of mystical, to learn how Courtney channeled her battle with cancer to conjure up this site, check out HJ’s Origin Story.
I’ve never been to a Comic-con, but I think it’d be fun!
