The GAC complete their two-part investigation of Alton, IL when they make their way to the Mineral Springs Hotel. The Mineral Springs Hotel in Alton, Illinois, was once a thriving spa, where people came to bathe in the mineral waters and get healthy. But it’s also a place where people came to die. Some have taken their own lives, whether through a gun or pills, others slipped into the waters not knowing how to swim and found no one to help them. Today this building is haunted throughout. Some of the spirits from the past have no intention of leaving, and are tormenting those who go inside.

We have more Ghost Adventures news from Travel Channel. Their New Year celebrations will continue when the GA Crew kicks off 2019 with a special two-part episode: “Curse of the River Bend.”

Premiering Saturday, January 5 and Saturday, January 12 at 9 p.m. ET/PT, Zak Bagans, Aaron Goodwin, Jay Wasley and Billy Tolley head to Alton, Illinois. A city just north of St. Louis, Missouri, Alton sits on the Mississippi River. Rife with dark history, Alton is considered one of America’s most haunted towns.

The crew investigates two of the town’s most haunted buildings in hopes of capturing paranormal evidence.

McPike Mansion” – Premieres Saturday, January 5 at 9 p.m. ET/PT

In Alton, the team investigates a Victorian mansion with a rich history and reports of dangerous paranormal activity.

Mineral Springs Hotel” – Premieres Saturday, January 12 at 9 p.m. ET/PT

The crew concludes their two-part investigation of Alton, Illinois, at the Mineral Springs Hotel. The 1914 structure has been witness to multiple deaths. Zak believes a demonic entity is keeping these lost souls trapped inside the building.

  5. The old stone house at the bottom of Alby Street hill is another haunted house in Alton, Ive seen several ghosts in the Mineral springs, we used to rent the basement for bands, it definetly has a entity/spirit…the sign asking if you have a Heart Condition BEFORE you enter is there for a reason…

It is so interesting to hear this. I think you’re the second person to comment that McPike is overrated and more hype than spooks. Interesting!

Belinda, were you able to watch it? I don’t know anything about cable or dish as we have neither. I’m not even sure I can stream direct from TC so I never get to watch the show unless I get some kind of sneak peek somehow. Hope you got to see it!

Okay Brad, I’m psyched you took the time to share this link. Not only did I send a request to join, but I’m SO psyched to know about this Ghost Camp. MUST write about it! Thank you!

  16. Now the Mineral Springs Hotel I think is going to be a better episode just because to my knowledge it hasn’t been investigated by a tv paranormal group yet or been hyped up as much. Did reset DVR to record Mcpike Mansion just to see Aaron get touched by a spider web and freak out. lol
