Congratulations are in order! Today I adopted my very first ghost. Or ghosts I should say. I picked twins!
Where did I get them? From WeirdUSA’s Ghost Adoption site.
You can adopt one too. (Or more.) There are 40 to choose from. Some, like my frisky two, are animated. Others are not. Some fall more to the cute side, others to the more ghoulish side.
If you have space on your blog or website to house some high spirits, I highly recommend you consider giving a ghost a home.
Now I have to name them…Any suggestions?
(They ask for a name when you register them using the form on the bottom of their site. I kind of felt like a bad ghost mom typing in, “I haven’t yet.”)
ANOTHER GHOST ADOPTION AGENCY TO CHECK OUT
- BillyBear4Kids.com’s Adopt a Ghost site
Courtney Mroch is a globe-trotting restless spirit who’s both possessed by wanderlust and the spirit of adventure, and obsessed with true crime, horror, the paranormal, and weird days. Perhaps it has something to do with her genes? She is related to occult royalty, after all. Marie Laveau, the famous Voodoo practitioner of New Orleans, is one of her ancestors. (Yes, really! As explained here.) That could also explain her infatuation with skeletons.
Speaking of mystical, to learn how Courtney channeled her battle with cancer to conjure up this site, check out HJ’s Origin Story.
This is hysterical!!
There you go – Hysteria! How’s that for a name? lol
