Today I came across a story on TheUnion.com called “Explore hauntings in the county” which told about the Haunted Grass Valley Historical Walking tour in Grass Valley, California. It caught my eye because the ghosts featured on the tour sounded a little edgier than those on most ghost tours.
Courtney Mroch is a globe-trotting restless spirit who’s both possessed by wanderlust and the spirit of adventure, and obsessed with true crime, horror, the paranormal, and weird days. Perhaps it has something to do with her genes? She is related to occult royalty, after all. Marie Laveau, the famous Voodoo practitioner of New Orleans, is one of her ancestors. (Yes, really! As explained here.) That could also explain her infatuation with skeletons.
Speaking of mystical, to learn how Courtney channeled her battle with cancer to conjure up this site, check out HJ’s Origin Story.
Ah, the stuff many fiction books are made of! Are they sure the molesting ghosts are really ghosts, and not some sort of incubus? Well, then again, we're talking the old West. Never mind. ;0
By the way, I really love the photo used here!

You know, that's an excellent question, Lisa. I don't know if they know if the molesting ghost are ghosts or something more sinister. Bt I like how you said, "Then again, we are talking the Old West." True that! And thanks for the compliment on the photo I picked. It really spoke to me too!
