Lucy’s Backpack, Coffee and Other Fallout Finds Fans Will Love

I’m late writing about this, so if you’re a diehard fan of the Prime Video series Fallout, you likely already know that you can “equip your vault” with awesome show merch from Amazon’s Fallout Store. We’re talking everything from collectibles and accessories to apparel and beverages. And of course games, because that’s what inspired the show to start with.

Speaking of the series itself, though, it followed in the footsteps of the game, popularity-wise. It’s got 4.6 out of 5 stars on Prime Video (with a whopping 86% being 5 stars!), and it’s got 8.4 out of 10 stars on IMBd. If you haven’t seen it, yeah. It’s that good. I thought it was a perfect 10.

And that’s coming from someone who had no expectations for the series. I was aware of the game but had never played it, so I didn’t really have any preconceived notions. (Maybe if I had, I wouldn’t have liked it as much?)

All I knew was that it had an apocalyptic storyline and perhaps zombies. (I’m always a sucker for both.) It had that and so much more, including compelling characters played by talented actors who brought a sensational storyline to life. Oh, and I can’t forget the sets and special effects, which both totally swept me away and blew my mind. I also particularly liked watching the outros after each episode. Sheer artistry!

It’s joined the likes of other Amazon series whose season 2s I anxiously awaited, including The Wheel of Time (whose season 3 I’m now anxiously awaiting) and Outer Range (whose season 2 recently dropped).

But those shows haven’t inspired a slew of series-specific products like Fallout did. When I learned about it, of course I had to check it out. (FOMO alert!) Here are four things that especially caught my eye.

T-Shirt Swap

I’d swap the graphics if I could. | Amazon

If you like to wear your fandom to show it off, Fallout has a bunch of T-shirts to choose from. (As well as hats, but honestly, they’re a little blah.) However, whether it’s a favorite character or a fun Vault-Tec slogan or ad, there’s a shirt for that.

I’m not a big T-shirt wearer anymore, and when I do buy one, I’m super picky about the material, fit, and collar style. I really like the look of the Womens Fallout TV Series Vault-Tec Trading Card V-Neck T-Shirt, as far as the baby blue color, V-neck, and loose fit goes. (Not so much the graphic on it.) But if I could get that same shirt with the We’re All in This Together print on the front? Sold!

Coffee

I’m not a big coffee drinker, but I’m always drawn to bags from the Bones Coffee Company. I’ve never actually drunk any, but I always stop to admire the artwork and cleverly named flavors. They’ve concocted three special ones inspired by Fallout, including “Valiant Vanilla” (vanilla wafer), “Atomic Apple” (apple pie), and “Wasteland Crunch” (chocolate candy bar). You can buy them individually or all three in a sample box.

Pip-Boy

I may have squealed a little when I spied the life-size replica Pip-Boy in the Fallout Store. Especially when I found out the display actually works.

Not that I’d wear it. I mean, you totally could. The cuff is made of foam and looks comfy. But it also looks hot. And bulky. It’d be too impractical for day-to-day wear but perfect for cosplay. You could also display it via the accompanying stand and use it as a tabletop clock, however.

Lucy’s Backpack

Lucy's Vault 33 Replica Backpack
You’ll be ready to brave the fallout after the apocalypse with this backpack. | Amazon

The replica backpack Lucy wears when she leaves Vault 33 in search of her dad even includes a fleece blanket! With its 20L capacity and abundance of pockets, both inside and out, it can fit everything from a 16-inch laptop and water bottles to anything else you need for an adventure. Or just surviving the daily grind.
