Today is the first Wednesday of April, which, according to the Weird Holidays & Observances page, is Paraprofessional Appreciation Day.

I’m sure that means it’s a day to honor folks like paralegals and such. (Which I actually was in a previous incarnation of my life.) However, paranormal investigators are paraprofessionals too, right? Well, most of them. As in any field, there are always exceptions.

Still, what a great day to honor those paranormal investigators among you.

And it also makes a perfect excuse to introduce three new idea lists I added to the Skareporium:

  1. Para Patches
  2. Strange Stickers
  3. For Paranormal Investigators

Once again images tell the story better than words. I’ll let those do the talking.

I started with the paranormal investigator-specific ones first. But I also threw in a couple of others, too, to give you an idea of what else is on each list.

If you’re a ghost hunting paranormal investigator, Happy Paraprofessional Day to you!

Heads Up

Paranormal Day is coming May 3. I’m toying with the idea of doing another giveaway similar to the Pick a Pin contest. And if I do, the prizes will be offered from the lists mentioned in this post.

However, I haven’t decided if it will be subscriber-only or open to all. Either way, there will, as usual, be a subscriber-only bonus entry.

So if you’re new here or haven’t signed up yet, here’s another chance to become a newsletter subscriber.

  1. I love the “I brake for Paranormal activity” sticker.

Isn’t that such a fun one?! I like that one too. There are some blank journals that crack me up too. The’re just so cleverly worded! But this sticker caught my eye immediately. Too fun!
