The producers of a new paranormal show set to air on Syfy are making their rounds to all the paranormal bloggers. Like so many of them that I follow, I, too, received an email from a producer associated with the show asking if I would help spread the word.
If you follow me, you likely follow the same other blogs I do. Those bloggers are much more on the ball than me. They’ve already shared this info.
However, in case for whatever reason you missed it, here’s the info about how to contact the people involved with the show if you have a ghost story involving a school.
The same producers that brought you Celebrity Ghost Stories is producing a new show on Syfy. Robert Mazza Casting, Jarrett Creative Group and the Syfy cable TV network are seeking high school and college age students as well as alumni who have come face to face with paranormal activity on their school campuses.
If you have witnessed a first hand experience with ghosts, hauntings or other unexplained phenomena in your classrooms… In your dorm… In locker rooms or on athletic fields… We may want to tell your story and recreate it on television. We are interested in hearing stories from students current and past as well as from any parents or faculty.
Submit a brief explanation of your story to: ssherh@aol.com
Courtney Mroch is a globe-trotting restless spirit who’s both possessed by wanderlust and the spirit of adventure, and obsessed with true crime, horror, the paranormal, and weird days. Perhaps it has something to do with her genes? She is related to occult royalty, after all. Marie Laveau, the famous Voodoo practitioner of New Orleans, is one of her ancestors. (Yes, really! As explained here.) That could also explain her infatuation with skeletons.
Speaking of mystical, to learn how Courtney channeled her battle with cancer to conjure up this site, check out HJ’s Origin Story.
