The Creep Week 2023 promo trailer promises a “fright-filled lineup of marathons, premieres, finales, and films.”
No joke.
The eerie programming hits the screen screaming on Friday, October 6, and doesn’t stop until Sunday, October 15, during T+E’s nationwide free preview event. (T+E is a Canadian specialty channel similar to Travel Channel in the U.S.).
Even though some of the programming is premiering for Canadian audiences, sometimes it serves as a sneak peek for what’s coming to the U.S. (It happened with season 2 of Eli Roth’s A Ghost Ruined My Life, which premiered during last year’s Creep Week.) And sometimes it works out just the opposite —some shows premiere here before making their way to our neighbors in the north. (Like Ghost Hunters.)
For now, let’s check out what the seventh year of Creep Week is offering.

The journey becomes an emotional roller coaster as Kim Russo discovers Vince is being followed by a dark energy that has been causing devastating consequences in his life.
“Brett Cullen” – Brett Cullen (The Dark Knight Rises, Devious Maids and Revenge) returns to his former residence in Richmond, VA, where he and his family encountered traumatic paranormal events. Haunted Discoveries, Season 1
October 6 and 13 at 9 p.m. ET/PT • North American Broadcast Premiere
Based in Kentucky, IL, Haunted Discoveries begins as a hunt for a paranormal research facility in what is America’s most haunted state and turns into a journey filled with mysterious and heartwarming discoveries for a team of supernatural investigators. The series looks at some of Kentucky’s most jaw-dropping sites and explores whether they might be tied to unique natural anomalies as old as the earth itself, and questions whether the state’s unique history and rich culture might have intensified paranormal activity.
History’s Most Haunted
October 6 and 13 at 10 p.m. ET/PT • Two New Episodes
“New Orleans” – Corine, Leanne and Kelly have been called to New Orleans – a city that has been ravaged by hurricanes, floods, fires and epidemics – leaving behind an unspeakable number of casualties and a plethora of spirits calling out from beyond the grave. When the team investigates a haunted hotel built on the grounds of a former hospital, Kelly unexpectedly begins channeling the energy of a ghost with ties to the Great Hurricane of 1722. They also investigate one of the most haunted B&Bs in the country where multiple spirits come forward – one of whom has a very close connection to the owner herself.
“Bell Island” – The team is in Bell Island, Newfoundland – the most haunted island in North America – to investigate ghosts tied to two devastating Nazi U-boat attacks that happened here during the Second World War. Here, the women meet one of the sailors killed in one of the U-boat attacks and then descend into an abandoned mine where they discover not one, but dozens of spirits crying out for recognition from below the surface. The spirits of Bell Island have much to teach us about this tiny island and the major part it played in one of the most significant events in American history.
Ghost Hunters, Season 2
October 11 at 8 p.m. ET/PT • New Episode
Ghost Hunters follows a group of real-life ghostbusters as they investigate haunted houses throughout the country. A plumber by trade, founding member Grant Wilson returns with a new team of investigators and sets off across the country to help frightened citizens navigate their paranormal predicaments. In season 2, the team heads into uncharted territory to be the first to investigate reports of paranormal phenomena in some of the nation’s most remote locations. Despite mysterious and unnerving warnings from locals, the Ghost Hunters face their fears and stay on mission: to help people confront terrifying paranormal encounters that have shaken them to their core.

Creep Week is short but sweet, right? Or would that be “short but scary”?
Courtney Mroch is a globe-trotting restless spirit who’s both possessed by wanderlust and the spirit of adventure, and obsessed with true crime, horror, the paranormal, and weird days. Perhaps it has something to do with her genes? She is related to occult royalty, after all. Marie Laveau, the famous Voodoo practitioner of New Orleans, is one of her ancestors. (Yes, really! As explained here.) That could also explain her infatuation with skeletons.
Speaking of mystical, to learn how Courtney channeled her battle with cancer to conjure up this site, check out HJ’s Origin Story.
