Are you curious to investigate the Conjuring House? Or, rather, the house that inspired The Conjuring movie?

Nerdist reported that during the week of May 9, the house is opening its doors to visitors –virtual visitors, that is, via a live stream.

The House: A Week-Long Live Streaming Paracon

The haunted open house is a joint venture between the homeowners, the Heinzens, and Dark Zone Network.

For a whole week, the house will be viewable on a 24/7 live stream.

Visitors will get an immersive and interactive look inside, but there are also events planned throughout the week with paranormal celebrities.  Activities include investigations and tests and even seances.

Tickets

Presale tickets are available for $14.99 until May 7.

Full price ticket cost hasn’t been announced yet.

To Attend or Not Attend?

Would you pay $14.99, or perhaps a bit more if you wait until the day of, to attend this live stream event of the Conjuring House?

I went ahead and purchased a ticket, because why not? It may be the only way I ever get to see inside.

Because of course I’m curious about this house. How can one owner can have such an upsetting experience, then the house changes hands and those homeowners are fine?

It’s not surprising the new owners claim there’s paranormal activity. They bought it expecting to find some, and openly admitted they intended to open it up to other investigators –at a price, of course.

They’re capitalizing on the coronavirus lockdown to do it in a unique way. Can’t blame them for that.

Three Charities

But they’re not keeping all the money for themselves. They’ll also donate a portion of the proceeds to these three charities on behalf of COVID-19:

  1. World Cental Kitchen
  2. Gary Sinise Foundation
  3. GlobalGiving

Time

The Conjuring House paracon will start on Saturday, May 9 at 12 (noon) ET / 9 am PT and will keep rolling 24/7 for an entire week.

Which really makes this an unprecedented event and opportunity, doesn’t it? It’ll be interesting to see what happens.

  1. Did you see the episode of Kindred Spirits where Amy and Adam investigated the house?

I’m going to see about buying a ticket. Thanks for the heads up.

HI Bast! SO sorry for the tardy reply. I didn’t see the Kindred Spirits episode. Was it good? I also haven’t watched one lick of this live stream. Well, I did go to check it out but nothing was happening until 10 am and it was only just after 8 am. I didn’t see any of the guests or anything. I better do that today and see if I can experience it at all. LOL
