If you guessed that “an Alien Queen and a Fridge Full of Blood” is something Charlie Sheen might say, I hate to tell you, but you’re wrong. (Although, you get points for making a good guess. The way he’s been talking lately that does sound like something he might come up with.)

Basically, I couldn’t top that title so I didn’t even bother trying. I got some info about a new show on Investigation Discovery. It’s called Sins & Secrets: Albuquerque. (Well, it’s really just called Sins & Secrets, then each episode changes places. The episode that caught my eye is set in Albuquerque.)

And there has been some freaky deaky things in Albuquerque’s past, let me tell you. Or, better yet, let the show’s blurb tell you (as well as tease you):

As a bloodied tarp and clothing are found in the desert, a woman tells police about her affair with a man who she believed was 10,000 years old, sent here to battle an alien queen and save Earth.

But when investigators uncover a refrigerator full of blood, a ninja sword, a young woman who is missing and a forbidden office, they begin to wonder if foul play is involved.

“Every city has a dark side,” and SINS & SECRETS, a six-part series on Investigation Discovery, looks to uncover them. Each episode explores a different town and a shocking crime that altered its culture. This week, our focus is Albuquerque and the story of Diazien and Girly Chew Hossencofft.

If you like both the macabre and mysteries, you’ll want to check out Sins & Secrets. The Sins & Secrets: Alburquerque episode airs this Thursday March 17 at 10 pm ET/PT.

  1. Title is very different and nice. Secret is personal. It doesn’t share with anyone. If secret is shared then it is not a secret.
