The last couple of years I basically abandoned the Ghost Tour & Ghost Hunting Events page. At least here on the site. Last year I did note that while the page was taking a temporary hiatus, events were still being shared on HJ’s Eerie Events and Paracons Facebook Group.

Well, the hiatus is over. I’ll once again be updating the page on a regular basis.

I don’t have a lot added yet –except Seasonal events, primarily off-season haunted houses that are open for Valentine’s Day 2019. (And a few other other off-season haunted house openings.) If you have any interest in finding a Valentine’s Day haunt to jaunt to, I’ve got you covered on that front!

Which reminds me, the page includes more than just ghost tours and hunts. Here’s what all you can find there:

  • Ghost tours – These aren’t the kind of ghost tours like the ones you’ll find on our Boo-K It! page. Those are ones that operate on a regular basis. Although, if they’re hosting a special event of some sort, like a holiday-only tour or something, I would include that. These are ones that don’t happen all the time. They’re either hosted by a haunted place or maybe even a ghost hunting team as a one-off investigation.
  • Paranormal investigations – There’s listings for both overnight investigations and non. They include ghost hunts facilitated by both individual paranormal investigation teams as well as companies dedicated to such events. (ie. Ghost Hunts USA, Ghost Hunt Weekends, etc.)
  • Gatherings. This is sort of a catchall for anything that’s not really a ghost hunt or walk, but involves ghosts or the paranormal somehow.
  • Charity Events and fundraisers – If a ghost tour or paranormal investigation is also trying to raise money for a cause or preservation purposes, you’ll find it cross-referenced here.
  • Halloween events – Think parties, or other fun Halloween-related events.
  • Lectures and educational – Often times I come across authors with recently released paranormal books who give talks and such as part of the publicity campaign. That’s what this category will be used for. One off events that are separate from conferences where paranormal authorities can be found be found speaking, presenting, teaching, etc.
  • Seasonal. This is for events that happen at special times of the year, like Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Easter, Spring Break, Friday the 13th, etc.

Events are listed by Month, State, and Type.

Well, for the few non-Valentine’s Day haunted house events I have listed so far, that is. I’ll be updating with more ghost tour events from here on out. Eventually the paranormal listings will fill in.

Check it out. Who knows? Maybe you’ll find something you’d like to do.

And if you have any ghost tour events, etc. that you’re planning to attend or that you know about, speak up! I’d love to know about them. Feel free to use either the Comment section below or the Contact Us page. Thanks!
