Halloween is fast approaching. I know. I can hear some of you saying, “It’s only mid-July, Courtney. It’s still summer. Halloween is a long way away.”

Oh no, my friends, Halloween is inching ever closer and will be here before we know it. I’m starting early this year. Over the next few weeks, I’ll be doing some Halloween-related posts. I can’t contain my excitement anymore. It must be shared before I burst!

Which makes this a great time to sign up for the newsletter.

What does me writing about Halloween in the middle of summer have to do with the newsletter?

You know my penchant for giveaways. I’m going to start doing something called “silent contests” this year. I’ll be using the newsletter to clue devoted jaunters (a.k.a the ones who took the time to sign up for the newsletter) in on which posts to leave comments on to enter these “silent contests” for a chance to win a variety of prizes. The contests won’t be announced anywhere except the newsletter. Not even on the posts themselves. You’ll only know about entering them if you get a newsletter.

Which increases your chances of winning some really neat things.

To be in the know, add your email to our mailing list in one of three ways:

  1. Use the sign up form on our Newsletter page.
  2. Click the link under the “Sign Up For Our Newsletter” section in the farthest right sidebar. (The one below the “Find Halloween Costumes & Decorations” box.)
  3. Enter it in the box below.

NOTE:  Newsletters are sent very sporadically. We only send them when we have something special we really want you to know about. We don’t appreciate our inbox flooded with any more junk than it has to be. We invoke the Golden Rule and “send out to others as we would like to be sent to.”
